Work Life Balance could improve (though that comes with the industry) Turnover is high (also an industry trend) Management Company has many many tasks that seem monotonous --Lots and lots of paperwork Weekends and Holidays are basically non request off days (also industry trend)

None so far, as I stated in the pros, there's not many cons. There's some minor issues with the hotel but it's a brand new building that's only been open for 3 weeks.
