Pros
Wow! What nice, fun and attractive people to be around at this hotel. Haha. Usually professional looking and always fun to work with at the front desk. Very knowledgeable about the industry and I learned everything I know from them. 95% of the time I loved working there, but I am passionate about customer service and truly making guests happy. ALSO, the employee rate for rooms is awesome! Much more good than bad here.
Cons
Management can be a bit forgetful (tasks, appointments and employee promises) and chronically late on getting stuff done, leaving the front desk staff holding the bag. No employee recognition except that done by corporate. Terrible benefits as far as med, dent and vision go. Can't afford it.
