      Pros

      The people I worked with were so nice.

      Cons

      It was hard work and super long hours and they were so unorganized. So many of the people they would hire were just not the best and would just not come in to work half the time. the pay was way to low for how much work housekeepers do. they are constantly hounding you to go faster too.

      Pros

      Hotels are awesome, guests who stay are typically regulars to Hilton brand hotels, consistency throughout the country on what's to be expected, easy to transfer if you're moving.

      Cons

      A lot of people come in thinking you need a degree in hospitality to move up. YOU DO NOT. You'll come in as a front desk employee regardless of your degree and have to work your way up just like the people who didn't go to school for it. Experience is everything, the best GM I've ever had never went to school for it.
