I started at 10 per hour and the job was fairly simple

Cons

You had to run room service and watch the desk/answer phones, so it could get hectic. The house keepers all spoke very little English, if any, and they were only paid $4-5 per room they cleaned!! So sad.

Were the non-management employees who work there.

Cons

Low pay, no incentives to work harder faster, being tongue whipped, no work-life balance treated like machines. They have some really good housekeepers who are not appreciated by upper management they don't deserve them.

It was a great experience to be able to be apart of a team that strived the to make every guest feel important and as comfortable to home as possible.

Cons

There was hardly any recognition or appreciation towards the empolyees after goal accomplishments or great guest surveys.
