Pros

The employee travel program was an amazing benefit that saved me hundreds of dollars when I traveled. Generally speaking, support services were very helpful (Hilton Honors system, call centers, etc).

Cons

Sometimes Hilton Honors members would be snobby about having to stay at a Hampton Inn instead of at a Hilton or Embassy Suites. This property is very well located and charges a premium for it, which many guests were unhappy to pay since this brand is perceived as less premium of the Hilton portfolio.
