Discounts for team member travel, holiday time and a half pay, and great insurance benefits.

Cons

Extremely unorganized, too much responsibility for very low pay, not too much room for advancement. Management is clueless to what the staff really goes through on a daily basis.

Pros

Hilton in general is a very good company. Even if you work at a franchise location, support from the brand is above and beyond. They have a lot of great tools and online training available for employees, and the discount is very good.

Cons

Because of the scope of this company, whether working for Hampton in a good experience or not largely depends on the owners and managers at the particular location you work at. I've worked for good Hamptons and bad ones.

Pros

Great friendly staff and management. Brand new hotel. You can work at your own pace. They work with you to get the schedule you need.

Cons

Working and moving non stop for 8 hours (except for the 30 min lunch break). The pay is "ok". Not great, especially for all the work it is. You sometimes have to be exposed to weather when it's really cold/hot. If you don't like cleaning or handling trash then this job isn't for you.
