Pros

work with a lot of people and also a great employee that loves to learn new things and also very reliable at my work.

Cons

this company doesn't offer any benefits or medical or anything that we could grow with the comp. also the pay is really bad.. for me that I've been here for 15 years I don't get paid that much.

Pros

Working at Hampton Inn was a great experience for me in many ways. First off I started in July of 2014 and by November I had learned Laundry and transfered to the Front Desk. I was able to meet all types of new people and got much experience with Front Desk as well as Overnight Audit.

Cons

The company that I worked for was a 100% guarantee hotel. Which means that if a customer is not 100% happy with their stay they can be refunded. Not such a bad policy but the cameras in the building did not work. Therefore anyone could say anything just to get a refund and the employee has no way to prove otherwise.
