In my position I'm afforded a great deal of freedom to be able to use my knowledge, talents and abilities to further the companies goals. It gives you a great deal of satisfaction knowing they trust you and support your efforts. They honor creativity, ingenuity and hard work.

Really enjoy the people who I work for and with. Good senses of humor and core values are strong. Sense of family and safety first are consistent. Values contributions made and ideas shared by employees. Open door to senior management.
