Pros
I absolutely love my job at HU. I work in a federally funded office so the day-to-day is a little different than the typical campus department. The staff is like family and the day is never boring.
Cons
As it says in the title, everything you've heard is true. The facilities are not taken care of, pay is not stellar (enough to live but not stellar), and just breathing requires ten different forms that twenty different people have to sign before you can do it...
