Working with the students. They are wonderful

This is a disorganized and antiquated environment. It has a culture of no transparancy and a lack of accountability. Also, I did not feel safe.

Not stressful, bare minimum benefits, plenty places to eat nearby

Cons

parking is questionable, frequently changing procedures (like once a month], roles are VERY blurred, salaried employees expected to work Saturday and/or Sunday as needed with limited breaks sometimes forgetting a lunch break.
