      Pros

      If you are in the right department with a great director, it can be a decent place to work

      Cons

      Students are allowed to treat employees like indentured servants. No IT strategy or growth. A student can curse at an employee and HR will just dismiss it like it was another day at work. The pay is well below standard

      Pros

      I needed a job. I was looking forward to being part of educating the future but I was sadly enlightened that the mission is money for those at the top.

      Cons

      Race biting and unprofessional Admin Office. Old buildings, communication is talk-the-talk but doesn't do the walk. Bibles open on desks everywhere (literally) but the page number doesn't change...Cannot take a long weekend over a holiday unless you submit a letter with why you want the time off, then you are denied. Cook the books is evident. Money is paid where it is not earned then filtered back in through a company donation for tax write-off. I could go on and on....

      Pros

      Mon-Fri schedule, off during winter break.

      Cons

      Low wages and poor infrastructure. Mold in buildings, etc. Not much room for career growth, but a good stop for someone who needs money to "fund the dream"/survive while seeking employment in career field.
