This university is filled with fraudulent and manipulative activities. Their administrative standards are of poor quality and can be a huge burden for the employees to navigate when they are trying to contribute high merit intellectual work. Caution must be taken against the hidden truths if you get a job offer and looking for promotion; all they care is money. The management is unappreciative of faculty contribution and only promotes the one they have subjective connection with; the professional standards are fluid and poor quality. An adminstrative strategy employed by the department administrators, under thecollege of liberal arts- Student disruptions (which is a frequent thing in the classroom), lack of discipline, unprofessionalism, miscoduct are covertly supported by the departmental administrator. These misconducts are aggresively promoted among students against the employee; more is done if the employee is a minority compared to the school's majority. Be on lookout for how they handle external funds.

Pay is terrible and so are the benefits.
