Pay is competitive. Family Oriented

Cons

Company downsized home office employees to grow operations. Remaining employees now stacked with additional responsibilities which changed the culture from Fun to constant Stress for a majority of employees.

Pros

Hamra Enterprises will be a great fit to a hard working, trust worthy, positive employee. Bottom line is if you do the right thing, you will be rewarded. Whether that means a "Great job!" from Management, a promotion or other opportunities within the firm, it is an awesome environment where I have never been happier in my career!

Cons

Turnover is naturally a struggle within the Hospitality Industry but our Teams readjust and are constantly moving forward!
