Management doesn’t know what they’re doing and underpays employees, neither I or any of my coworkers have gotten a raise in over a year since we started working here, I got injured while I was working a few weeks ago and when I mentioned it to management they told me they would have fired me if I’d gone to the hospital and they’d had to pay for it, which is retaliation. They do not care about their employees. The workload is high and you’re also on your feet all day.
