I honestly can't think of any

An overwhelming majority of executive leadership has little to no idea how to do the job they underpay their employees for. No market adjustments or cost of living wage increase. They no longer promote from within.

You can choose your schedule, but only to a certain point

Cons

Your success is dependent upon your boss's ability to do their job. You will be treated like a child in school. You will be expected to work seven days a week, and work while you're on PTO. They do not offer fair raises.
