Pros

Health benefits are decent but getting time off to take advantage of them isn't possible.

Cons

Work culture is absolutely horrible. Sexual harassment, retaliation, OSHA violations, stoned forklift operators for in-feed/finished product. Now I don't make a habit of talking badly about a company and every company has flaws that can be overlooked. Management there is honestly the worst I've seen in my entire life. They're frequently on vacation, drunk or stoned. Upper management might be better but they're still not even good. Google Benjamin Therrien and you can read about how he threatened to shoot every employee. The building is falling apart and they expect you to wreck your body for a fairly average pay. For $18 (2023) pay you would be better off at literally any other company that pays a similar wage. 8 employees quit in 18 months.

Physically Demanding

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Nice colleagues, pay is ok, reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

Ambiguous future forward. Once you master the position, it ends up being a very physically demanding and a boring position. By the end of each workday, you are too tired, and your ambition suffers.
