      Voted best to work for 6 years running!!!! Company Culture, management, salary, location, new store, team

      Hard to get in but once you do you stay! Don’t really see as a con. They want the best of the best!

      Pros

      I feel fulfilled, paid fairly, have room to grow, I get along great with my manager and co-workers. I feel heard and even though working here can be stressful sometimes, every problem has had a solution. I love the transparency of the company and I got a cool sweatshirt.

      Cons

      Working in the building industry there is definitely some stressful high pressure situations. You just need to be comfortable with working through those times professionally and with a positive mind set. I am new to this industry but it’s definitely something to get used to.

      A few bad apples (employees), just like at every job. Need a better training program but they are working on it.
