Pros

Benefits are great! The company cares about their employees providing different tools during time of need.

Cons

Pay can be better especially those that have been with the company for years. I shouldn’t have to change positions that I love to accommodate my salary. They need more positions and new departments ex: fraud dept, operation dept etc. it makes it hard to focus on sales.
