Team members are great and everyone seems to get along. We all try to help each other out to the best of our ability

Cons

Don't get sick!! Even though they have a "benefit" of sick time it is used against you if you use it. You are provided 12 days a year but once you use 5 days (rolling) they will write you up and it can get you fired.

Comfortable work environment. Coworkers really got along and worked as a team. Whitney Bank worked with their employees to maintain a healthy work/home atmosphere

Cons

Nothing to say concerning “Cons”. It was a great place to work. I really hated to leave in 2009, not in 2018 as indicated previously. No option for 2009.
