      Fair pay and benefits, good bonus program for those at levels that qualify.

      Cons

      I was with them for more than ten years; went from small community focused organization to something larger, that in itself is not the issue. the issue for me has been that they have developed an arrogance that does not sit well with me. it is like they have forgotten where they come from
