Pros

It's a job. Benefits. That's about it. Not too much to the pro department. Just trying to fill this section.

Cons

Work hard for little pay. Absolutely no appreciation for the "little people". I've seen conflicts go unresolved. They are all about profit and not at all about their employees. You can get written up for using sick days. They look for every reason not to pay your incentive.

Pay, benefits, 401K. My co-workers and CSM were Great.

Cons

Certain management think they are not responsible for helping grow their branches and making referrals. They tell you they like to promote from within but only if they like you.
