Pros

Fairly good pay with monthly incentives, at least for now. Things may change in the future.

Cons

Some supervisors are not worth their employ. Schedule is based on grading-call graders are inconsistent.

Pros

I worked with a great group of people that truly care about one another. Most of the customers were great as well. The benefits were decent and you get more than the normal amount of holidays off.

Cons

There's no loyalty to employee's although they expect it from you. After Hancock Bank bought Whitney Bank they typically don't give raises and changed their incentive pay by either eliminating it for some and making it more difficult for others. Most positions don't have a career path so if you're looking for advancement it's not the place for you.
