Pros

The people, decent compensation unless you're an entry level teller, good chance for incentives and bonus, a place where they actually care about their customers

Cons

Company is trying too much to grow and become a bigger bank, but that's not what Hancock is. I think there are too many back office people doing things that could be done by people at the branch level.

Pros

The platform is well developed, making it easier for entry-level positions to succeed.

Cons

Chain of command interferes with morale and changes things yearly, mostly for the worst.
