Pros

It's a financial institution with proven strenght and stability in this unsure market

Cons

It's a little stressful. More and more emphasis is being placed on cross selling and being a "one stop shop" for financial needs. Beginning to feel like a "jack of all trades and a master of none"

Pros

If that is the only job available then take the job, till you find some other job.

Cons

They pressure in employees constantly to accost customers and sell, sell , sell. They will charge customers for things other banks give away for free. The old small accounts mean nothing. They want to get rid of small depositors. Just overcharging the community, and rewarding the business accounts.
