Pros

If that is the only job available then take the job, till you find some other job.

Cons

They pressure in employees constantly to accost customers and sell, sell , sell. They will charge customers for things other banks give away for free. The old small accounts mean nothing. They want to get rid of small depositors. Just overcharging the community, and rewarding the business accounts.

Cons

pay was more than $10,000 lower than stated in internal guidelines for position. Bonus was dropped after first year.

very well known and respected in the are with many great bosses and benefits with great pay and many days off to relax

very hard people to work with many different things to deal with so that it was very hard tell people what to expect and give people what they want
