Pros

Great customer base and environment, longevity behind name, some great products offered to benefit customers

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth with this company; after interviewinf for almost 8 positions I had qualifications for, I never receieved even one job offer. No encouragement from managers to pursue further career within company, pay was mediocre

Pros

I enjoyed my coworkers they were knowledgeable. We had departments that were specialized for the more difficult process

Cons

The challenges I faced was that Hancock took over a large commercial bank. They were mainly a consumer bank so it was difficult for me to do my job when small minded people were running the department
