Pros

Gives branch managers approval on their own loans.

Cons

While I was employed from 2004-2012 upper management made it clear to never contact human resources with a problem.

Pros

Flexible and Convenient banking, especially since they have many locations are the earliest of banks to open and the latest to close in the area.

Cons

Management promises to up-train and hire from within but this never happens. Instead they hire from outside the company and claim these people have more experience when apparently they don't b/c they want the "underdogs" to train them.
