Pros

I love what I do, but due to the company “outsourcing” I won’t be here much longer. Basically this company is outsourcing any job that it can to Wipro in India. This “down home” bank that cares about the community won’t be so “down home” anymore. Be weary if you apply as most positions will be dissolved if they can be. They want to pay employees in foreign countries pennies on the dollar to do what we do. They even had the audacity to ask people who were getting laid off to go to India and train the new company!!! Even the HR department has been outsourced with the exception of maybe 5 people.

Cons

Company outsourcing most back office roles, lack of transparency, pay scale is not consistent - someone doing the same job as me coming off the street / no degree is making $5 per hour, no room for advancement, literally no training program / I have worked in two departments and training programs were non-existent.

We appreciate your opinion and your service. Outsourcing some roles is common in the financial services industry to help enhance operations and service. Additionally, our company strives to treat each associate fairly, with respect, and according to our core values.

Pros

No longer work Saturdays! Great pay/benefits.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to be a parent when you have to work so late. Other FC’s close at 4 for better work/life balance. This is a problem if you’re depending on childcare centers or have after school events to attend.

Pros

Some of the people you work with are awesome, but honestly, you can find that anywhere, so the fact that is the only pro, it’s not good.

Cons

Behind in technology. Impossible to advance. Short staffed. Garbage HR and employee relations especially when it came to vacation, absences, and Covid policies. Very unfair. Just a crappy place to work for and you can find a better place.
