      Pros

      In the IT department the environment was nice, management was decent, and there was room to grow in your career.

      Cons

      Salary was too low, and despite the stats for our productivity being higher during COVID because we got to work from home, the upper management made us come back to the office.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for almost 10 years. It has its ups and downs for sure but in this current climate it isn't horrible.

      Cons

      It can take a while to move up the ladder. They appreciate a degree more than time and experience when it comes to promoting. The health insurance isn't the best.
