Pros

Great friendly/helpful culture. The company will invest in your future. Internal promotion opportunities. Competitive/generous pay. Focused on work/life balance. Generous vacation time. Leadership works alongside branch staff.

Cons

Branch staff typically works one Saturday per month. Health insurance is good but could be better in regard to prescription coverage. Overall, very minor cons.

Pros

Nonexistent! Nonexistent! Nonexistent! Nonexistent! Nonexistent!

Cons

Worked for the company for several years! Management was replaced with someone who had no clue of how or what the department’s task were. When she finally got an inclination of the processes & procedures she immediately began micromanaging, sending nasty emails all day. We were being lead by incompetent trainer/ team leader who could barely put a sentence together. The company is swiftly outsourcing all back office positions and sifting through the people who they want to hang on to for a little while longer and handing pink slips to others in July. Luckily, I was able to find a new job before being laid off. Pay raises were below average. I can’t think of anything ‘good’ about the company. It has really gone downhill in recent years. I see why the top executives have sold the majority of their shares.
