      My team was great, real family atmosphere

      Cons

      Not enough technicians, which means everyone is over worked. The on call system is a joke. While you are only on call 3-4 times a year. It is absolutely miserable the way they have it set up, everything runs through the one person on call. That also includes during normal work hours. It's extremely stressful for the on call person
