Pros

Cool coworkers, branch is close to home that’s seriously it! Really no pros with this company they seriously need a freaking overhaul and start fresh,

Cons

Pay, understaffed, horrible lazy management, high turnover rate outdated system extremely rude customers just everything really I’m getting out as soon as possible, if you’re a rich customer they will treat you decent but if you are not “mass affluent” good luck

Pros

Monthly incentive based off of quality calls. Associates stick together like family. They are each others motivation to explore and do better not only within the company but to seek opportunity outside the company as well. Paid vacation, 401K, and health benefits.

Cons

Not a good company if you are looking for growth. Very old southern traditional company; does not like change unless its charging their customers fees. A company that likes to put an issue off on the next department. Managers only care about themselves and meeting service level. Considered call avoidance if off phone for more than 5 minutes for restroom breaks. Almost feels like grade school. Do not get sick! They will not believe you even if you passed out and the doctor diagnosed you with an extreme illness. They do not accept doctor notes or medical records and will tell you they understand but will still count it against you. Always keep a pack of crackers at your desk, because the company will remove all breaks and cut lunches down to 30 minutes at any moment of the day to try to keep service level. I've gotten ill and lost my voice, when requested to leave to go to doctor I was advised to "try and stick it out" because there were calls waiting in the queue.
