Pros

Lower level management is aware the many issues and seem to genuinely care although nothing is ever corrected.

Cons

Upper management either doesn't know about the problems or they just don't care. We are given goals comparable to Chase, BOA etc. but no tools to succeed.

Pros

I worked with a great group of people that truly care about one another. Most of the customers were great as well. The benefits were decent and you get more than the normal amount of holidays off.

Cons

There's no loyalty to employee's although they expect it from you. After Hancock Bank bought Whitney Bank they typically don't give raises and changed their incentive pay by either eliminating it for some and making it more difficult for others. Most positions don't have a career path so if you're looking for advancement it's not the place for you.
