      Feels like a place I could build my whole career in. Lots of people who care about teaching and developing and praise questions and curiosity.

      Cons

      Onboarding was sub par, but luckily I was able to figure most things out on my own.

      Great management, teamwork, customer vibes, positive energy, benefits. This company really cares about there employees.

      Cons

      Compensation to the average. I feel that those who have been with the company for years should get paid more than the ones that just started Technology with the systems definitely needs updating
