Mangers don’t micromanage, great benefits that are hard to find elsewhere (Stock & decent starting PTO). Everyone I’ve encountered within the company loves their job.

Cons

Fear how far I can ascend within the company, may need to leave for further growth but it would be hard to find a company that gives the same quality of life.
