      A very hostile working environment

      The clients are nice, friendly people.

      Cons

      I would advice anyone who wants to work here not to. There is an extreme bullying/hostile work environment problem. HR is a joke when it comes to the matter and will always side with your superiors. I've never experienced so much yelling from co-workers and physical threats. When I actually brought it up to HR they literally did nothing. I warn anyone looking to join this company that HR doesn't care about you and your co-workers and bosses can do whatever they want to you. Oh and the pay is horrible.

      No longer work Saturdays! Great pay/benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be hard to be a parent when you have to work so late. Other FC’s close at 4 for better work/life balance. This is a problem if you’re depending on childcare centers or have after school events to attend.
