Okay pay and benefits. Decent training.

Cons

This is the only place I’ve worked where the coworkers are just as rude and catty as the customers. I was a floating teller- I’d travel to different branches in the area that were low staffed and work there for the day. It was difficult to remember which branches decided to follow what rules and which regular customers received exceptions.
