Pros

Handshake is absolutely a thrilling company to work for! We are doing so much in delivering on our mission to help early talent find careers with no luck or experience required. Everyone is bought in and ready to lend a helping hand if you need it and very excited to partner together.

Cons

We are moving so quickly but not rushing which is good. Just a fast paced environment (not a con just a note :)

I have not experienced any cons specific to Handshake. Starting in early 2021 my onboarding was entirely remote, which has been interesting, but HR and L&D are very much on top of their game making it a great experience.
