Fun place to work but no room to grow

Pros

Great working environment. Friendly co-workers and fair managment. Great support from regional manager and upper managment.

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities at the store level. Only managers are full-time. Some associates work in the same job for 10 years or more and don't get promoted. You don't get raises either.
