Pros
Hanes has great benefits, some of the best around in the region. The pay and work life balance is great. Knowledgeable peers as most have been with the company for years.
Cons
To many clics, most of the staff have either went to school with one another, are family or have worked together many years this includes management and HR as well. It's very hard for a new person to be included in any communication and the ideas and feedback they give just get thrown to the side. Lack of motivation from supervisors kill morale and management tends to confide personal information to some of other employees about other employees.
