      Pros

      Above minimum wage, time and a half on Sunday's and holidays, easy job. Scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      After working for my first year I got a $0.17 raise, and after two years I got a $0.14 raise. After two years of service, I received a little less than 2% raise the first year and a 1% raise the second year. There is no motive here. Market basket in my town pays 20% more than here with bonuses. I wish I started there. I'm college bound so I have no need to change jobs.

      Pros

      There could actually be some good people to work with, and that there might be some good managers (depending on which department, I worked at product first before transferring to cashier/customer service). Sometimes, they can be considered toward your personal lifestyle when you talk with them.

      Cons

      The hours are sometimes inflexible, and the managers usually takes no consideration on your schedule and often puts you on hours that you specifically said you can't work on. The managers (at least, in the customer service department) were all young college students who had no idea how to be managers AT ALL, and would usually sit in the backroom laughing and chatting loudly while the rest of the employees would work their butts dealing with the customers in the front.

      Pros

      Work hrs and the job in itself is not that hard.

      Cons

      The office "culture" is very low and unprofessional. Supervisors who have small talks loud in the office while all the others around are working. Shady management.
