managers take advantage of their title. Make part timers do the work they don't want to tdo.

Pros

consistent weekly hours, flexibility with swapping or shift coverage with all the employees in your department, opportunity for career advancement, compensated training, seeing different types of people all day long, good focus on being healthy and well.

Cons

no bonuses or cash tips except annual 1% raise (depending on yearly review), extremely busy holiday seasons, pushing carts in the different weather (front end assc.), not enough sick time for a year, strict corporate rules, have to wear uniform but it's not too bad (red polo & khaki pants usually).

My Trainer needs training

busy store, mostly friendly people

Cons

Trainer and management hot and cold. Said " Good Morning" to my manager and was ignored. Trainer has a temper and provides scowling looks all day. Trying to learn new skills and avoid ticking off your coworkers might not be worth the stress.
