If it didn't look bad on a resume, I'd quit now.

Pros

Occasional good workers, they have a clean store, sometimes buy local produce, are constantly reacting to what customers want and the latest food trends.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees at all, crap pay for what we do with no chance at promotions or pay raise, meanwhile another store right across town pays $10 an hour for new associates while long term people at Hannafords (5-15 years) barely make $12 a hour. There is little to no chance to actually advance in the system at all. Technology throughout the building is slow and rarely functions properly, making it difficult to do our job. Terrible schedule making with little notice on your weekly schedule, and trainers rarely actually train and rely mostly on computers. It's also nearly impossible to get into contact with your department manager if need be.

Cons

they sometimes an issue with communication between management, and shift leaders. They don't always see each other.
