      Pros

      Most of the employees are very friendly. Policies are fair and company will work with you in most situations.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like employees are not paid what they deserve. I fell like sometimes you need to pull teeth to get what you deserve but if you go about it in a professional manner you will get it.

      Pros

      -Pay you what you want if you have minimal experience. -Everyone, at least at my store, is professional and kind. -Great for customer service experience. -Clean environment. -Stresses environmentalism and recycling and also employee concerns which is surprisingly refreshing for a corporation. -Good hours and great supportive coworkers. -Management really cares for employees and recognizes anniversaries and other occasions. -All food is made in store so it's cheap for employees.

      -Work can get tedious and boring.

      Easy job, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, low levels of responsibility, flexible hours, decent health benefits if you are full time.

      Cons

      Job is too easy, you'll get bored easily, potential for injury if you work in the bottle room, customers are rude sometimes.
