Pros

The people you work with are great. At times you bond in the monotony that is cold calling. Teaches you resiliency as an individual and working professional.

Cons

Not a ton of opportunity for upward mobility. Job itself was not enjoyable. Long hours for not the best pay.

Pros

- Easy to move up, honestly a good place to get some really good experience and skills whether you want a career in market research or not - Wide range of clientele and projects keeps it interesting - Fully remote work policy (and no salary adjustment based on location), hours can be somewhat flexible dependent on position - Generally laidback atmosphere - Good number of holidays, solid PTO - All managers I've had and worked with have been very good

Cons

- Disconnect between teams (client services, research, sales) - Projects are quick and fast-paced, which often leads to overwork of employees and then burnout - Pay isn't the greatest, plenty of similar roles in DMV and across the area pay more - Wasn't super happy with how they handled COVID (25% pay cut for all employees where c-suite didn't take a bigger cut), though it seems they did a good job minimizing the number of employees who were laid off/furloughed
