Pros

Hanover works with the best of the best and provides a valuable service. Problem-solving with intelligent, affable coworkers is a joy, and most of the company's policies are forward-thinking and supportive of employees.

Cons

Every job seems to require more than 40 hours per week - 50 to 60 seems standard. Some areas offer little room for promotion. There is a small cohort of employees who seem consistently dissatisfied and this breeds discontent.
