Pros

In control of your own accounts. Not too frequent travel to locations within the U.S. Decent Commissions

Cons

Alternative business model (subscription) to industry-standard practice (contract work) can hamper sales. Wearing two hats: Account Manager and Research Director. Subscription renewals for your accounts are often at the mercy of the research team over which you have little control.

Pros

The updated bonus compensation plan for Development Associates is highly motivating. The health benefits for Hanover employees are fantastic, as well.

Cons

The Development Associate job itself can be a bit of a grind, but you can manage it by finding your personal workflow and trading outreach strategies with colleagues.
