      Can make good money (incentives are paid out monthly!), loyal members, great banking and insurance products, and speedy resolutions.

      Cons

      Little room for growth, limited locations, and sporadic training.

      Pros

      Friendly, helpful coworkers. Sales incentives are attainable, however have been changing rapidly which had increases the difficulty in making a decent monthly bonus.

      Cons

      Little room to grow as the credit union is only 18 branches.
