Pros

The people there are friendly. For most depts, its a relaxed environment. Schedule never really varies.

Cons

Pay is low. Raises vary between 1-3%. Typical for banking. But effects non-banking jobs as well. Some managers are incompetent. There is department favoritism, so moving up is only available if in one of those areas.

They take great care of their employees, as they are the face of the Credit Union. Provide many opportunities for change/advancement if desired. Employee recognition for performance Family atmosphere Competent and experienced leadership Desire to best serve the community from the top down
