A company running amuck...

Decent income potential. Extensive training.

Cons

Very disorganized in scheduling. Branch manager clearly showed favoritism on a regular basis. A lot of time wasted on driving to cancelled appointments. Many prospects who were scheduled weren't financially qualified to make a purchase. Many of the sales reps cut corners and lie to homeowners to make a sale.

Earning potential promised at interview can actually be achieved with hard work Fun office atmosphere/ people Lots of resources to help you close A lot of advertising so customers are familiar with the company before you get there $$$

Cons

Lots of driving Commission only (if you think of that as a con) Long days Late nights No benefits, but you can make enough to buy it. As with any residential sales, finance turndown happen, no approval, no pay

They have been around a while

Cons

Fired more than half their staff during a pandemic while they were bonusing other employees. Act like they care but would run you over with one of their trucks if it could save them a buck. Treat their employees like worms with no say in the matter. They always say they have an “open door policy” but I know of 2 people that had SEVERAL HR complaints against them but nothing was ever done. Don’t work here unless you want to sit in constant fear of listing your job.
